You know what, I was just looking around at the Urban Decay website (btw, thumbs up to the links over there to the left <——, that made it very simple), and I was thinking you need to do some posts on application tips and techniques. Everything from eye shadow/liner, lips, blush, foundation… all of it, also tips on matching skin tones with certain colors, and even further, which colors to group together. Like I said in my last comment below, I need to venture out a little more and experiment and get away from the safety/comfort zone of tans/browns, lol! However, that being said, I really don't know where to start, and when one is starting to "play with" different colors, especially bold ones, one could tend to look like a clown, if you catch my drift, haha! I was just thinking that your blog would be the perfect place for you to discuss application techniques and stuff like that, along with your product reviews. Anyway, just an idea that crossed my mind! When looking at that website, I was just thinking.. "omg where or HOW would I even start?!?"

Everything's looking good on here! 🙂

    • I know, I know….lol. I would be happy to post any recommendations. There are a few videos I would like to link to also that are on youtube… very informative. I’m just waiting on my tech guy to start/finish the new site.

  2. I HAVE VERY GREEN EYES, AND LOVE TRYING NEW SHADES OF SHADOW. I PUT LIGHT COLORS ON MY EYELID AND BROW, THEN A DARKER SHADE BETWEEN. EVERYONE LOVES IT!

  3. BY THE WAY, GETTING MARRIED SOON, SO WOULD SO LOVE TO WIN TO MAKE MY EYES LOOK MAGICAL!

    • Fantastic, Celeste! There’s a color called “Mad Hatter” in the Alice Urban Decay collection that will really look fantastic with green eyes. I believe it’s equivalent is “Twice Baked”. Most of the Alice colors are products that Urban Decay has done. “Jaberwocky” is “Oil Slick”… “White Rabbit” is “Polyester Bride”.
